At Outdoor, we strive to provide quality products and excellent service. Below are our return and refund policies.
Product Availability & Cancellations
The availability of goods is subject to stock levels. In the rare case that an item is unavailable after purchase, we will offer:
- A replacement with a similar item
- A full store credit for future purchases
If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing and paying for it. In this case only, we will process a refund within 7–10 business days. Outside this timeframe, refunds are not offered—only store credit.
Exchanges & Returns
Items may be exchanged only at the location where they were purchased.
We only replace items if:
- They have a factory defect
- The wrong item was sent
If there is a discrepancy in the item received, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a return. The item must be in original condition:
✅ Tags attached
✅ In original packaging
✅ Unused, unwashed, and unpolished
If these conditions are met, a replacement will be issued.
Size & Item Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- If approved, return the item at your own cost.
- Upon arrival, the item will be inspected. If all conditions are met, an exchange will be processed.
If the new item has a price difference, the balance will either be credited or billed accordingly.
Store Exchanges
Items may only be exchanged in-store at an official Outdoor location. You must bring:
- A copy of your order
- The item in perfect condition (tags attached, unwashed, unused)
Without these conditions, exchanges cannot be processed.
Important Notes
🚫 Items on special or clearance sale cannot be exchanged or credited.
🚫 We do not offer refunds except in cancellation cases.
🚫 Abuse of exchange policies may result in service changes or price adjustments.
