Delivery Options

We offer the following methods for receiving your order:

  • Door-to-Door Courier – Secure delivery to your specified address across Botswana.
  • Store Pickup – You can collect your order from our designated store location between: 8-11am weekdays once you receive a confirmation email.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Outlying Areas & Farms: May take longer and may incur additional fees

Once handed over to the courier, delivery times depend on the service provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, high-demand periods, or logistical disruptions.

Tracking Notifications

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can begin tracking your shipment after 17:00 on the day you receive the email.

All tracking details will be provided in the email. If you need additional information after shipment, please contact the relevant courier service directly.

Receiving Your Order

To ensure a smooth delivery process:

  • Check your parcel before signing – We are not liable for missing or damaged items unless reported at the time of delivery.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order – If no one is available, delivery may be attempted later.
  • Accurate Contact Information – Double-check your details during checkout to avoid delivery issues.

Refunds & Cancellations
